The Novatrix group links Playamo, CasinoChan and Woo Casino. The evidence status is documented, not verified. Two Costa Rica companies appear in the documents. Novatrix SRL (registration 3-102-893958) is named in the Woo Casino terms and footer, in the Tobique validation page for www.woocasino.com (licence 0000002), and in the Playamo footer. Saphirix Solutions SRL (registration 3-102-933997) is named in the terms and privacy policies of Playamo and CasinoChan, and the Tobique validation pages for both domains name it under licence 0000091. The Tobique register lists Saphirix Solutions S.R.L to 2027-08-07 and Novatrix S.R.L to 2027-03-13, plus a B2B entry to 2027-09-11. No document we read explains how the two companies are related, so we treat the family as documented rather than confirmed. Shared accounts, self-exclusion and loyalty across the sites are unverified. No former brand names are recorded.

What links these brands: The Playamo website footer says Playamo is operated by Novatrix SRL, and the Woo Casino terms and footer name Novatrix SRL. Playamo's own terms and privacy policy, like CasinoChan's, name Saphirix Solutions SRL, a different Costa Rica company with its own Tobique licence; no document we read explains how the two companies are related.

What these sites share, and what they don't

One account on every site Unverified
Shared wallet / balance Unverified
KYC done once for all sites Unverified
Self-exclusion covers every site Unverified
Shared VIP / loyalty status Unverified
Welcome bonus on each sister site Unverified
Shared withdrawal limits Unverified
Same customer support Unverified

"Unverified" means no document we read settles it. Assume nothing is shared, and assume the operator can still link your accounts.

Bonuses, KYC and accounts across these sites

Can I claim the welcome bonus on every sister site?

Do not assume so. Operators usually allow one welcome bonus per person or household across sites they link, and claiming it on several can get the accounts closed. Our data does not confirm the rule for this family.

Will my KYC carry over?

Not as far as we know. Expect to verify your identity again on each site.

Does self-exclusion cover the whole family?

Unverified. To be safe, self-exclude on every site of the family one by one.

Can I have accounts on two sister sites?

Often you can, but many operators treat several accounts across their sites as multi-accounting, especially with bonuses, and can close all of them. Read each site's terms first.
